Meet the Team

Sid has been an active full-time agent/broker marketing and managing property in the Maryland/DC area since 1986. Prior to establishing Menkis Real Estate in 1999, Sid worked with three local brokers, a national relocation company, and a regional commercial real estate brokerage firm. During this time he developed extensive knowledge and exposure to all aspects of the real estate industry including residential and commercial sales, and leasing and management. Sid has served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR). He has served as chair on the Public Policy committee with GCAAR and as a member of the Property Management committee.

Sherri has a background in finance beginning in 1982 when she started working in banking. She handles all our Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and Monthly Owner Statements as well as a variety of other tasks that keep the financial side of Menkis Real Estate running smoothly.

Linda is a second generation REALTOR®. She began her career working in her father’s Real Estate/Property Management business in the Philadelphia, PA suburbs. After moving to Maryland, Linda accepted a position at a real estate firm in Rockville in 2008 as the office administrator, and upon obtaining her Maryland real estate license, took on additional responsibilities including property management, leasing, and sales.
